Hello, Jason Snyder here. I'm an artist in Orlando, Florida. This site is a bit of a mix, serving as part portfolio, part blog. That means that on occasion, I'll get all "look what I did!" and post pictures of my work. Other times, I'll share some of the quirky retro stuff I dig. I'm a pop-retrophile, interested in old movies, retro sci-fi, drive-in movie theaters, tiki bars, pin-up girls, old ephemera, retail archaeology, paper craft and many other obscurities. Bottom line is, I have too many hobbies to keep track of, so this site could be considered my filing cabinet.

Most of my art is digital, created using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I don't use 3D rendering software in any of my final art, though on occasion I'll use Daz Studio 3D and Sketchup to aide in posing a scene. I also paint in acrylics. I work on canvas or wood board when I have the opportunity, but truthfully, I prefer my digital work and have focused much of my time there. On occasion, I've painted murals though, and that's an area that I'd like to play around in more. I do use oils sometimes but only when I'm painting along with Bob Ross.
